The rubber straps for our watch models are the prefect fit for their timeless, yet also vintage style. In the 1950s until the 1970s there was a new form of rubber strap made in Switzerland, which was extremely popular for dive watches, and it was called “Tropic”. Our straps keep to this style, are made of vulcanised natural rubber. The straps have a waffle-like structure on the back, with holes going through the strap. This ensures humidity and sweat can diffuse easily – resulting in a very comfortable wear even in hot summers. On the top surface you can see a subtle textile pattern, giving the strap an elegant look. Our straps come from our supplier in France and are available in black, off-white, olive green and orange. They are equipped with our own custom stainless stell clasp which is finished according to the watch model: Polished for the Ultradive, satin matte DLC coated for the OPS, and satin blasted for the TRTS collab OPS.
